Individual Dietary Needs Statement
If you have dietary restrictions or special dietary requirements, please know you are in good hands. Nuthera® is trained to meet the dietary needs of individuals with many different medical conditions.
Nuthera® will also make its best effort to accommodate students whose dietary requirements may differ due to religious and cultural backgrounds. Individuals with dietary needs who require special meal planning or food preparation must have their physician fill out the Custom Meal Plan Form online to allow our in-house nutritionist to work with you one-on-one to create a plan that meets your needs.
Nuthera® commits to do its best to accommodate the dietary needs of the clients and patients we have, whenever possible. Individuals with special dietary needs should submit their questions or requests to Nuthera® before Friday in advance, so that Nuthera® can work to provide and prepare nutritious food that safely meets their needs.

How It Works:
Book a Consult: Add to Cart a NuLife+ Online Consultation (Diet And Lifestyle) via www.nuthera.ph.
Schedule Consultation: After purchase, click here to book your initial consultation. You'll receive a Google Calendar invite and meeting link upon confirmation.
Pre-Assessment: Complete the pre-assessment lifestyle form before your consultation.
Consultation: Attend a Google Meet session with both an LM physician and an RND. Each consultation lasts about 30 minutes.
Your NuLife Journey Begins: Start implementing your personalized wellness plan and receive ready-to-eat healthy meals delivered right to your door, with ongoing support from our expert team.
Ordering and Payment
You can place orders thru our website www.nuthera.ph. Please make sure to select a booking date.
You can also send us a message via our customer support email ([email protected]), hotline (0917-777-7657) or thru our social media accounts via Facebook and Instagram.
We have a 2-day lead time for our Standard Meal Plans However, as an exception, you may book your Monday meals for Standard Meal Plans until Saturday. and a 3-day lead time for Custom Meal Plans, Family Trays, Snacks and Add-Ons (ex. last day of ordering for Monday meals is on Friday).
You can also message our Support Team to check if you can still be included on your preferred booking date.

All payments made via debit card, credit card, and GCash are securely processed through our reliable online payment gateways, ensuring every transaction is safe and smooth.
If you opt for Bank Transfer, we kindly ask that you provide Proof of Payment. This helps us ensure that your payment is accurately recorded and your meal delivery is uninterrupted.
Please note, we prioritize your safety and security; hence, we do not accept cash on delivery (COD) payments via check or cash.

Managing My Subscription
Nuthera's Meal Plan Delivery, Tailored to Your Schedule
At Nuthera, we understand that flexibility is key to a busy lifestyle. That's why we offer the convenience of adjusting your delivery day or meal quantity each week to seamlessly align with your ever-changing schedule.
Need to switch your delivery day, skip a week, or take a pause? No problem! You can make these changes easily, up to 2 full days before your scheduled delivery.
At Nuthera, we're dedicated to providing a service that's as accommodating as your lifestyle. While we maintain a no cancellation, no refund policy to ensure the freshness and quality of our meals, we also understand that sometimes, life happens.
If you find yourself needing to pause or adjust your delivery days, our Customer Support Team is always ready to assist you. We aim to make every aspect of your Nuthera experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. (see section on MEALS AND SUBSCRIPTION).
In special circumstances, we do consider refund requests for unconsumed subscriptions. These requests are subject to approval, as we reserve the right to either grant or refuse them based on our discretion. To ensure we can accommodate your needs, please inform us at least 3 days or 36 hours prior to the start of the period you wish to be refunded for.
In the case of approved refunds, please note that any fees incurred by Nuthera during payment processing will be deducted from the total refund amount. This includes, but is not limited to, payment gateway and bank processing fees.
We understand the value of promotional rates, but in refund scenarios, these discounted rates will be forfeited, and the original package rate will be the basis for any calculations.
Our monthly packages are designed for complete consumption, but we offer flexibility in how we handle partially consumed subscriptions. If you've consumed less than a month of your subscription, the refund will be calculated based on the 1-Week Rate. For subscriptions consumed beyond a month but less than three, the 1-Month Rate will be applied. In both cases, the usual deductions for payment processing fees will still apply.

Delivery and Shipping

For example, your Monday meals will arrive on Sunday, anytime between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our delivery schedule is designed to ensure your meals are as fresh as they can be when you're ready to enjoy them.
We understand that your time is precious, which is why we ask to have someone available to receive your meals. Our dedicated riders will wait for up to 10 minutes upon arrival, ensuring a smooth handover of your fresh, delicious meals.
Need your meals at a specific time? No worries! We can arrange a third-party courier service for a more precise delivery window. Please note that in this case, the shipping fee will be covered by you, our valued customer.
IMPORTANT: Your safety and that of our riders is paramount. In rare instances like severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we might need to reschedule or cancel deliveries. This is always done with your best interest in mind. Rest assured, our team will keep you informed and work with you to rearrange your delivery schedule if necessary.
