Yes, if you need to put a hold on your food delivery for a particular day due to unavailability, simply notify us of the date. We will suspend the delivery for the specified day and resume your meals on the next scheduled day of delivery.

Yes, for monthly subscriptions, you can request to have your meal plan deliveries split across specific dates. Once you provide us with the preferred schedule and we confirm receipt of payment, we'll arrange the deliveries accordingly.

What happens if I am out of town on my delivery date?

If you will be out of town on a scheduled delivery date, please inform customer service as soon as possible. We will pause your deliveries for the dates you are away and resume upon your return, as per your instructions.
