Your meals should arrive freshly chilled. If anything is off (temperature, spoilage, undercooked, seal damage): we’ll make it right.


How to file (within 24 hours of delivery):

  1. Photos of the meal, tamper sticker/label, and packaging

  2. Time received + time refrigerated

  3. Order number & specific issue

  • We’ll confirm within (1) business day and resolve within 2 business days (replacement delivery window or credit/refund processing).

  • For food safety escalations, we follow RA 10611 (Food Safety Act) protocols.
