How to file (within 24 hours of delivery):
Photos of the meal, tamper sticker/label, and packaging
Time received + time refrigerated
Order number & specific issue
We’ll confirm within (1) business day and resolve within 2 business days (replacement delivery window or credit/refund processing).
For food safety escalations, we follow RA 10611 (Food Safety Act) protocols.
