At Nuthera, we're dedicated to providing a service that's as accommodating as your lifestyle. While we maintain a no cancellation, no refund policy to ensure the freshness and quality of our meals, we also understand that sometimes, life happens.
If you find yourself needing to pause or adjust your delivery days, our Customer Support Team is always ready to assist you. We aim to make every aspect of your Nuthera experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. (see section on MEALS AND SUBSCRIPTION).
In special circumstances, we do consider refund requests for unconsumed subscriptions. These requests are subject to approval, as we reserve the right to either grant or refuse them based on our discretion. To ensure we can accommodate your needs, please inform us at least 3 days or 36 hours prior to the start of the period you wish to be refunded for.
In the case of approved refunds, please note that any fees incurred by Nuthera during payment processing will be deducted from the total refund amount. This includes, but is not limited to, payment gateway and bank processing fees.
We understand the value of promotional rates, but in refund scenarios, these discounted rates will be forfeited, and the original package rate will be the basis for any calculations.
Our monthly packages are designed for complete consumption, but we offer flexibility in how we handle partially consumed subscriptions. If you've consumed less than a month of your subscription, the refund will be calculated based on the 1-Week Rate. For subscriptions consumed beyond a month but less than three, the 1-Month Rate will be applied. In both cases, the usual deductions for payment processing fees will still apply.

All our meal plans offer the flexibility to be put on hold as per the customer's request, with the condition that we receive a minimum notice period, as ingredients are already purchased beforehand. Customers need to provide notice range in advance, specified by our policy, to put their meal deliveries on hold. If no one is available to receive the meals, customers can choose to provide an alternative address or pause the plan accordingly.
If you did not choose a start date during the ordering process, please inform our customer service as soon as possible with your desired start date. We will note your requested date and arrange for your meal plan to commence accordingly.
Yes, if you need to put a hold on your food delivery for a particular day due to unavailability, simply notify us of the date. We will suspend the delivery for the specified day and resume your meals on the next scheduled day of delivery.
