Your meals should arrive freshly chilled. If anything is off (temperature, spoilage, undercooked, seal damage): we’ll make it right.
How to file (within 24 hours of delivery):
- Photos of the meal, tamper sticker/label, and packaging 
- Time received + time refrigerated 
- Order number & specific issue 
- We’ll confirm within (1) business day and resolve within 2 business days (replacement delivery window or credit/refund processing). 
- For food safety escalations, we follow RA 10611 (Food Safety Act) protocols.
