We're deeply sorry for any bad experience with food quality. If you receive a meal that is spoiled or undercooked, such as a chicken that is still pink, please contact us right away. We take issues of food safety extremely seriously and will address any problems with our kitchen team immediately.
As a resolution, we will gladly send you a replacement meal to make up for the inconvenience, and we will implement additional quality measures to prevent similar issues in the future.
